The company is looking for an applicant who is “passionate about gaming, but no longer has the time to do it like they used to,” Ziply Fiber said on its website.

A requirement of the gig includes that the winner documents their experience through 12 social media check-ins over the two-day period outlined, Ziply Fiber said.

Ziply Fiber encourages applicants to include a link to a video explaining why they should be the one to earn a much needed “Game-cation.”

The winner will be notified by email or letter within 14 business days of the closing date and the prize must be claimed within five days of notification, otherwise a replacement winner will be chosen.

In addition to the complimentary PS5 console to play on, the winner will also be given a game of their choice to get started, Ziply Fiber said.

A spokesperson for the company said that Sony has been forced to produce more PS4 consoles to backfill worldwide demand for the PS5, adding that demand for the PS5 is likely to continue to rise as more Americans stay inside this winter due to COVID-19.

The opportunity is only open to residents of the U.S. and applicants must be 18 years or older. Parents cannot submit an application for a minor.
