1 · Choose the theme for your article:

First of all, choose the topic you want to cover in your article.

To choose the topic based on your experience and training or choose one that you already have planned in your content map.

Try something you know and talk about regularly to bring maximum value to your readers.

2 · Create your title:

Once you have chosen the topic, propose at least two titles for the article and choose the one that seems most attractive to your reader.

3 Choose three or four main ideas:

Create several subtitles with the main ideas to later develop them.

This allows you to give structure to the article and not leave anything important to you.

4 · Write the keywords:

Choose the most relevant words from your content and from them, choose the keywords based on the main theme and the concepts that you are going to develop.

5 · Develop the content:

Develop each of the points of the structure.

Provides valuable information for each concept or explanation in the text.

Create an introduction and conclusion.

Come up with some questions and try to answer them.

Find the point of connection with your reader and address it in your own voice (text style).

6 · Review the text several times:

Look at the details and fill in the missing information.

Check your spelling and grammar forms.

Format text, typography, colors, bold, underlined.

It is important that you review the text as you write, but above all it is very important to read the full text at the end to be able to see if everything fits well and to visualize the final finish of the text.

7 · Find or create the extra images and resources:

Do not forget to include images that add value to the text, links with complementary information, and extra resources such as infographics, examples, templates, etc. You can use Unsplash or Canva as visual and design tools.

8 · Create video content:

Video content is most important for youtube. Nowadays youtube is the 2nd search engine.
