Overview
The exploratory and investigation of objects and physical environment of any kind can be defined as project, which is a temporary physical or logical process that helps in determining various kind of objects around to provide a solution for a particular problem, as you would find on a PRINCE2 Course London with qualification included.
Requirements for project
The objects (physical or logical) may be such as resources, resources or both, which include the cost, time, materials, people, etc. Project are limited to time and resources (labor, energy, other natural or man made) which are focused to accomplish specific objectives of the project in various ways.
In other words, a project is a temporary activity which results into a temporary solution or to accomplish a particular task. Most of the projects are undertaken to issue out a particular service, perform functional work, or to research. Each of these projects projects has objectives to accomplish, and it involves totally different kind of resources; time and labor, money, materials, and so on.

Many of the old traditional systems are totally obsolete in today’s cutting edge business environment, which results in a new pattern of project management.
The phenomenon of project management has changed no more and the modern day project management consists of the following 5 categories.
First category, initiating
Introduction stage is the most important project in a company. The initiator (in the present up to now there are not more than two people who does not handle this project) is the person who comes up with the idea and puts it on paper , with detailed planning of action and appropriate resources.
Second category, beginning
The beginning of a project is also the most important one. The work needs to begin as soon as possible i.e. before any actual work has been carried out. In the beginning there may be no budget available, or you may need lots of workshops to prepare for beginning of work. In this case you may incur large costs, which would not be in favor of the project and may have one or two years of expenses.
Third category, initiation
The initiation of a project is where the project comes up to problems in their fundamental form. The initiation of projects often involve not the actual work to be done but the solving of problems existing in particular field.
Fourth category, execution stage
While the project is already underway, it may be even at this point that a problem has already occurred in the field and the project initiator is required to resolve it. Saving more money by synchronizing the changes in budget from that particular field to more projects in an organization is a prime example that is very important for any upcoming project.

The whole process of task execution is managed between the initiation and the end, with the idea of the new project initiator to continue the same personal mode of operation in the same environment of the previous project but in a different field.
