We all know at least one song which is nostalgic. Whenever they are played, they strike your ears and you’re taken back into the moment in no time. When I was a new trader, I had to go through a lot of difficulties. I had a different feeling altogether while recalling those times. They were surely a learning experience I will never forget. Because the lessons that time taught me have constructed me as a trader. Had I not been through the dark era, I would’ve still been just another average trader, looking for opportunities to change my life.

Last night I was looking out of my window when I heard such one such song. It surprisingly did not take me back this time. In fact, I stood in time and had a look at my past. At first, I could not believe I have come such a long way. I know it was the hardest and most torturous time of my life. One loss after another helped shape the person and trader I am today.

Well, when I take a look back, I started counting all the people and entities that helped me reach where I am today. After my mom, dad, and my teachers, if there is someone I attribute my success to that is Bitteks.

When I graduated, I knew I had to sign up for a reputable and reliable brokerage firm. I kept hearing sites of traders who had reached heights of success after going to these forex firms. I was somewhat aware of the scammers and the imposters but still, when you’re new you have no experience of judging people. Also, your decision-making skills are also not that well developed. Well, all these things together accounted for me falling into scams one after another. No one told me how important it is to carry out my own research and hence I went in trusting people. If you ask me, I’ll say this is one thing you don’t want to do ever. Always make sure you search yourself and then make thoughtful decisions. 

When I was back from my walk down the memory lane, I realized I owed you all something. I have so much in my pocket to give you all but I still fail to realize what was keeping me from sending it all your way. Lack of time perhaps. Well, this is why I have decided to write down my experience with my broker to ensure you all have an idea regarding the points that you need to look for in a good forex firm. I expect you all to take notes so that by the end of the review, each one of you has an idea of how to distinguish between an imposter and a reliable company. It might be hard but if you stay cautious you can easily achieve this milestone. 

Secure Working Environment

The first thing that you all got to look at in the broker is if they provide you with a safe working environment or not. If there is the slightest of doubt you have to remove it from your list and move on. This is because you can honestly compromise.in anything but the security of your assets and your data. This loss can have large and far-reaching implications. Let me share with you. The third forex firm that I joined had a security breach, and I lost all my hard-earned money. This was a point when I almost gave up on my profession but thanks to my friends and family who dragged me back to my passion. 

There are multiple ways you can see if a firm is reliable or not. 

• Ask your colleagues
• Talk to current users
• Go through the Legal section of the Website
• Inquire from the customer support representatives
• Carefully read the disclaimer

It is recommended that you make use of all these tools to ensure you cut down all the chances of falling in traps that are laid out in the most perfect manner. This loss takes me to the legal section of the website. If you read it there’s no way you don’t feel the exceptional transparency exhibited. The documents such as Risk Disclosure statement, Bonus Policy, Terms and Conditions, Withdrawal, Refund and Cancellation, Anti Money Laundering Policy, etc. 

Another measure that I found highly commendable was that the company is ready to let go of profits but won’t compromise on your security. This realization came to me when I went through the disclaimer which says that the website or services are not available in the countries such as the US, Iran, Cuba, Syria, Korea, etc. This is to ensure that no security loophole is left out. 

Theme

The next thing that I’d like to discuss with you all is the theme. This is nothing trivial. If not taken seriously, this can turn into a headache. I am an old trader who does not like to work with dark-colored websites. Isn’t it justified? My old eyes completely refuse to work with the monochorionic themes. This is why I have never been a fan of the present theme. This is a much unpopular opinion because my fellow traders find the dark blue backdrop very professional and chic. I cannot say they are wrong and hence this leaves me with an option of making a suggestion that the company adds a “pick theme of your choice button”. 

Apart from this, the interface and the integrated graphics make the experience of using the website well. I like how I never felt the need for a tutorial or tips to figuring out how to use the website. This approach of simplicity while designing the forum is to ensure that the old and the new traders don’t have to keep fumbling through the site. 

Education

Here comes one of my favourite sections. I love how Bitteks has made it available for anybody who visits the website. You don’t have to pay in order to get benefited from this segment. The education section comprises ebooks, Glossary, FAQ, and Asset Index. I like how all of these have been either categorized or are arranged in an alphabetical manner to ensure that the retriever quickly teaches the required but if information. Anytime you come across a new term quickly open your phone and run to the corresponding alphabet in the glossary and read the meaning. The same is the case with Asset Index. 

The Ebook section is one where I spend a lot of time. The uploaded books are advanced and basic level. This way the old traders can not only learn new but refresh old information, while the new ones can read basic and keep going on to the advanced information. My favorite one is the Advanced Technical Analysis ebook. The small paragraph at the bottom of the book title gives you an idea about the contents of the book. I would recommend you to go through all of these even if you don’t wish to sign up for this forum. The FAQ section is divided into categories such as Open account, Support, Platform, Trading, and Funding. Although the section is quite comprehensive, it is not updated quite often and this is what I want to be improved. 

Reasonable Rates

Imagine all the good at Bitteks is available for a small amount of money. Well, you need not imagine because it is. I love how we don’t even have to pay extra money as commission fees, neither does the company believe in deducting hidden charges. Overall the entire package is very affordable and attractive. You can be sure after signing up that your money will go where you wish it to. All the charges will be disclosed to you before you become a proper member. If you have any further queries, you can get in touch with the always welcoming customer care department. 

I could not mention all the specs and features of the forum. One of these is the customer care department which is very well laid out.There are multiple ways you can get in touch with them such as email, call, submit a form, etc. I hope they add an international number for all users and also consider maximizing operational hours. 

The Last Word

The forum has been great for me so far. I am satisfied with the services offered. I know like all others this isn’t free of flaws but still, it meets my trading was in the best possible ways. If you are looking forward to joining it, I hope and pray your experience is as pleasant as mine.
