One of the businesses that has altered the eCommerce industry as we know it is Amazon. Therefore, it should not come as a surprise that there are several employment options. To work for Amazon, you don’t have to be a software engineer. We have various jobs that are very easy to apply for if you have ever wanted to work from home for Amazon but didn’t think you qualified.

1. Executive Assistant, AWS Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities:

2. Chat Stylist Advisors

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates will chat and style with direct contact to customers via chat, video and new virtual platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service chat.

4. Technical Support Associate, Customer Support Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Help a variety of Amazon customers by phone, e-mail and/or chat.
  • Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills by navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, e-mail, social media, and instant messenger, or chat tools.

Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Cable, DSL or Fiber Optic/FiOS providers only).
