You do this by putting each call into categories, to determine which calls are potential new leads.

Companies get lots and lots of calls, and they are keen to ensure that none of their potential leads are being neglected, so this is where the call reviewer comes in.

You really can see how important this service is to companies. There could be lots of sales opportunities that could be missed without the help of the call reviewer.

Humanatic is a legitimate online platform that’s been in operation for many years. Plenty of people have posted online proofs of income.

However, online reviews of Humanatic are very mixed.

Issues reported include shortcomings with accuracy, accounts being frozen for no reason, low pay for considerable effort, and unresponsive support. You can see plenty of such comments on the company’s  official Facebook page.

How Can I get Paid to Receive Calls?

So, can anyone just apply for a premium rate line and make money off every call they receive? Well, yes.

There’s a common misconception that premium rate telephone numbers are reserved for sales lines and big companies, but this isn’t the case. Anyone can, in fact, set up a non-geographic telephone number.

But, you’d have to consider the impacts carefully.

While you may want to troll cold callers, it would just be cruel to make money off well-meaning friends and family who like to keep in touch.

Plus, would you get a great return on your £10 setup fee if you only get one or two telemarketers calling you a week? Honestly, no.

Premium lines do, however, make sense for anyone who runs a business offering remote support in one way or another.

In other words, you could be making money off a premium rate line if you do set up any of the following services:

Sharing Your Knowledge

Whether you’re an IT specialist or an English teacher, you could be helping people from Kuala Lumpur to Lisbon from the comfort of your lounge in Leeds.

Offering Support

If you’re an expert in any field, you could also offer your support over the phone to those with similar interests or problems.

Common examples would be offering support to people with specific medical conditions, or parents whose children suffer from learning disabilities.

If you run a company, you can provide premium support to your most valued customers. You can also offer high priority support for paying customers.

On a more lighthearted note, people would even overlook the costs of calling a premium-rate line to get some good tips on certain hobbies, such as gardening, cooking or sewing.

Providing Recorded Information

This would normally be relevant for things like news headlines, weather updates and horoscopes. Really, the options are limitless. Perhaps you live close to a great surf spot, so why not record a daily update on the surf?

The only problem with all of these great ideas is the fact that landlines are quickly becoming irrelevant.

We live in an era where instant connections are possible at the click of a button on our mobile phones. We can see our loved-ones’ faces while talking to them over video instead of just hearing their voices.

This is why EagleDial has come up with its new pay-per-minute phone and video call solution.

“We think it should be quick and easy to get a pay-per-minute service line. We believe that the existing market offers an out-dated solution and we want to take it to the next level.

Many people today have a work mobile or a cash card phone, making it difficult to reach them with premium rate services. This will change with EagleDial,” says Linda von Beetzen, CEO of EagleDial.

So, how exactly does it differ? Let’s take a look:

Voice and Video Calls

While traditional premium phone lines only offered customers the option of voice services, EagleDial has launched a cam-to-cam service for live video interactions.

This opens up the market to many more types of businesses and also improves others, such as language lessons.

Online-Based

Clients make calls from the EagleDial browser address (www.eagledial.com/nameofperson) from a desktop or a mobile device.

This makes it possible for the seller to just add their EagleDial link address or button on website, blog or in a mobile app, allowing customers to get in touch with just a click of a button.

Privacy

All calls are encrypted and private between buyer and seller.

This means that there’s no way your information will end up in the hands of telemarketers and cold callers.

Payment

Compared to traditional premium rate numbers, EagleDial is both cheaper and easier. This enables professionals who do consultations by phone or video to keep more of what they earn.

They also have no fixed fees, and payouts are faster than their traditional counterparts.

The biggest difference, however, is that the call is not connected via the user´s telecom operator and will not be charged via user´s phone bill. The customer pays per minute by credit card instead, and the seller sets the price.

“We are proud to be the world’s first supplier offering pay-per-minute for audio and video calls with integrated pay solution, and a web-based solution,” concludes Von Beetzen.

EagleDial is accepts payments from anywhere in the world.

Once you’re done, you can start working. The company has three categories to choose from, Live Conversation, Inbound Live Conversation, and Outbound Inventory.

As a beginner, you will be assigned to the lowest paying category first. You will be rated based on your accuracy and speed. As your rating improves, you’ll get access to the highest earning categories.

As for the earning potential, the company says that you can expect to earn about $1 to $4.50 per hour. However, research shows that you are likely going to earn much less than that.

It seems you are only going to be paid cents per call review that you complete. Research shows that you can expect to start earning $0.002 to $0.006 per call.

Though calls usually last 5 minutes, reaching $1 an hour will be hard at the start. Payments are made via PayPal only. But you need to reach $10 first before you can request a payout.

Humanatic pays every Monday and Tuesday of the week. Payment requests should be sent before Monday 12 EDT (US).

How Much do Call Reviewers Make?

Humanatic Tips And Tricks

Humanatic pays you for correctly reviewing calls. If you make mistake then you will get penalized. So always try to review calls accurately. But at first, when you start at Humatic it’s difficult. Let’s discuss some key point which will improve your review skills:-

1. Read the category overview carefully and then try to understand why this category is created for and what is the main purpose of that category. Ex:- Inventory discussion is created for to find which call is for buying car/service or parts.

2. Listen to the conversation carefully and try to understand why caller calling for. If you find the caller calling purpose then it’s easy to tag a call.

3. If you get a mistake or penalized for any calls then try to find what was your mistake. Remember your mistake is the first step of learning. I also made the same mistake almost first 6 months when I first started.

4. When agent/receptionist picks up the call then try to understand which department picks up the call. Like sale/parts/service department. This trick is helpful for inventory category.

5. This tip is for the Inventory category. Try to forward call by 5 seconds to find the right tag quickly. Like mark at 5 seconds then 10 seconds and listen a few then mark at 15 seconds etc. I did this trick to find the right tag in the inbound category.

6. If you think you are right while you are reviewing a penalized calls then dispute the call for moderator response. Just write your explanation why you think that you are right. Then a moderator will review the call again and if you right then they will remove your penalize status or if you make mistake then they will explain why you are wrong. This will help you to learn quickly.

7. This tip is only about a piece of advice. ‘Always eager to learn. When I started there were no good blogs on the internet for learning how to review calls. I always try to find my mistake and eager to learn.

Humanatic Job Reviews

The company is legit and they do pay, but most users consider this extra money only. They would never ever depend on it full-time.

However, it might be possible to make an extra $50 to $100 per week doing this depending on how much time you can put in, so if that is all you need to make, then who knows, maybe it’s for you.

We would still recommend having a few other things to do to earn money on the backburner as well just in case calls dry up completely. One thing people learned after working at home for so many years is that it’s not safe to depend totally on any one thing!

Humanatic Application Process

In order to start with Humanatic, you have to read some things in order to save time,

First of all, You need a Bank Account it would be better if the card from your bank is a VISA or MASTERCARD in order to verify the Paypal account

You also need to register to Paypal Account and get verified using the card you have

If everything goes well, and you already had your Paypal Account VERIFIED

go to: http://www.humanatic.com/pages/registration_begin.cfm

Humanatic Category List

If you are new to humanatic its normal to have atleast 3 categories

Invetory Discussion+
Live Conversation Inbound
Live Conversation Outbound

once you have reviewed atleast 100 calls on each categories, and maintained atleast 95 – 100% accuracy, you can get more categories so it would be better if you carefully read every OVERVIEW

the first time you click the category that you want to review calls
an OVERVIEW about that category will show up, make sure to read and understand everything before you proceed in tagging calls because if you didn’t read carefully you might end up losing your account

What Does a Call Reviewer do?

Your job would be to listen carefully to phone calls. Notably, these telephone calls will be between your employer’s clients and their customers. You will then need to review and evaluate them for several different things.

In contrast, employers will not ask you to interact with or talk to callers live. It’s a recording so everything you will be listening to will have already happened in the past.

What is the Safest way to Make Money Online?

Online surveys

An increasingly popular way for students to make money is to fill out online surveys in their spare time. Research companies are always recruiting new members worldwide to answer surveys and test new products.

For a few minutes of form filling, you can make a couple of quid which is paid as cash or rewards. You can bag up to £3 ($5) for some surveys!

A few good ones to try are: Toluna, LifePoints, Branded Surveys, InboxPounds, Onepoll, i-Say, Opinion Outpost, YouGov, Pinecone, SurveyBods, Hiving, Panel Base, Prolific, Valued Opinions, Panel Opinion, The Opinion Panel, Survey Junkie.

Also sign up for Swagbucks which rewards you for surveys as well as simply surfing the web, watching videos and playing games.

No-risk Matched Betting

Hands down the quickest way to make a lot of money (well, without breaking the law). Lots of students have genuinely made £100s from this technique. It’s completely legal, risk free, tax free, and anyone over 18 in the UK can do it.

It works by taking advantage of free bets regularly offered by betting sites through ‘matching’ them at a betting exchange. Matched betting eliminates the risk (you are betting both for and against a certain outcome).

This leaves you being able to squeeze out the free bet, which can be as much as £100. Multiply this by how many betting sites there are and you can quite easily come away with a profit of a few hundred pounds.

Get Paid to Search the Web

Interested in earning cash for doing what you already do online? This has to be one of the easiest methods of making money online without really any effort or change in your behaviour.

This innovative idea by Qmee.com rewards you for searching in Google, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon and eBay. You just install a simple add-on to your browser and when you conduct a search there may be a few sponsored results alongside your normal search.

Each Qmee result has a cash reward attached – if you are interested in it simply click on it and collect your reward.

The best thing is there is no minimum to cashout – our first one was just 72p wired to our Paypal account. You also have the option to donate it to charity.

Online market trading

Whilst this isn’t necessarily an easy way to make money, investing in stock markets can be lucrative if you learn to do it properly and safely. By the same token, you may suffer significant losses if you don’t take it seriously.

Today there is no need to fund the yachts of Wolf of Wall Street style stock brokers. You can do it all yourself with the help of online market trading platforms.

Having spent many hours researching this new opportunity, I’ve been experimenting with the popular platform eToro.com.

eToro has over 12 millions users worldwide and offers free practice accounts. It has been featured in the BBC 2 documentary “Traders: Millions by the Minute” and sponsors several Premier League football clubs.

One of the best things on eToro is the CopyTrader feature. This lets you literally see, follow and copy the investments of other top performing traders.

Write and publish a Kindle eBook

If students are good at anything, it’s researching and writing. With the Amazon Kindle store, anyone can publish an eBook and make money. And the Kindle app is now available on almost any device (laptops, iPads, smartphones and yes, Kindles) so your global market is huge!

List your book for £1.49 – £6.99 and you earn 70% of the sale. Considering Amazon is the ultimate selling machine (and remember people are looking to spend), that is a fantastic deal.

The key to success with eBooks is to create value, and write non-fiction. Simply bundling information you have researched and compiled on a common problem (eg. ‘secrets’ to finding a job) and then presenting it in an easy to digest format (an eBook) justifies someone spending a few quid on it.

Another big tip is to have a great cover designed so it stands out, and once your book is live on the Kindle store it’s really important to get some reviews so it shows up higher in results. Encourage readers to leave an honest review at the end of your book.

The best thing about this lucrative idea is that once you’ve invested the time (say 20 hours), you’ll earn a passive income for years to come!

Affiliate marketing

If you’ve got a good presence on social media or perhaps you even have a blog or website, you can start bringing in money immediately by promoting all sorts of companies, products, services and offers online.

Sign up as a publisher on the Awin network, check their offers blog or browse the merchant listings to find something you think your friends would be interested in, grab your affiliate link and share it. If someone buys (can be within up to 90 days) using your link you’ll make a nice commission.

To take it a step further, set up a website or a topical Facebook page and invite all your friends to join it and post your affiliate offers on there.

Gigs on Fiverr

Fiverr is now the world’s largest marketplace for people to make money selling small services (known as ‘gigs’).

What you offer could be absolutely anything, from writing and translating, social media posting, playing pranks and teaching to creating music, voiceovers and short video clips for people all around the world!

Read Also: 12 Weird but Totally Legal Ways to Make Extra Money in Canada

The default price is $5 (hence Fiverr..), but you can attach extra services to gigs for more money. Whilst it might not seem like much, it can quickly add up and there are plenty of examples of people making a really good living from the site. The key is to get a system in place which minimises the time spent on each gig.

But there is another way to profit even more from Fiverr for potentially far less work. How? By simply reselling gigs elsewhere. For example, find a decent logo designer then reply to jobs on Upwork or even local classifieds. A $5 spend can easily become $50+, and it’s repeatable!

Final Thoughts

Humanatic is a legit company and pays you to listen to recorded phone calls. Unfortunately the pay is low, and you should only expect to make a small side income from it.

There are leaderboards on the site that show some people earning up to $30-$40 in a day, but the people who are achieving this either work very long hours at it, or they are extremely efficient.
